Terahertz Non-Destructive Testing Radar
Introduction

Terahertz Non-Destructive Testing Radar employs 180 GHz–260 GHz frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) signals to image the surface and subsurface of non-metallic materials such as aerospace composites and thermal insulation materials, addressing internal defect detection and quality evaluation challenges. Utilizing MIMO imaging technology, the system achieves an imaging speed of ≥ 100 frames per second while maintaining high resolution.
Technical Parameters
Operating Frequency Band: 180 GHz – 260 GHz
Azimuth Resolution: ≤ 1.4 mm
Range Resolution: ≤ 2 mm
Imaging Speed: ≥ 100 frames/second
Maximum Sample Size: ≥ 1000 mm ×
