Introduction

The rotating body can be configured with either a drag or flange connection type to accommodate various installation requirements.

The wind turbine blades feature a proprietary aerodynamic design, available in classic, delta-wing, and flat-plate styles. All blades are manufactured using advanced precision injection molding processes, combined with optimized aerodynamic and structural designs to achieve a high wind energy utilization coefficient.

Most wind turbine blades incorporate built-in copper/aluminum sleeves, preventing damage to nylon fibers during bolt tightening and reducing the risk of blade deformation or fracture. The blades and hub employ a precision-matched tongue-and-groove design for enhanced alignment, ensuring smoother rotation.

The housing is die-cast from aluminum alloy as a single integrated unit, paired with custom-designed bearing assemblies for improved typhoon resistance and reliable, safe operation.
Blade-to-hub connections utilize stainless steel locknuts for enhanced corrosion resistance and secure fastening, guaranteeing uninterrupted turbine operation.
The generator incorporates patented permanent magnet rotor AC generator technology with a specialized stator design, effectively reducing torque requirements to lower the starting wind speed. The optimized aerodynamic coupling between rotor and generator ensures operational reliability.
An intelligent wind power efficiency tracking system dynamically regulates current/voltage output for maximum energy conversion.

Customization options: Turbine body and blade colors with client-specific logo personalization. Suitable for diverse applications including streetlight monitoring, landscape/island power, residential use, and microgrid systems.
